Welcome to the NAHMMA Corner! Although NAHMMA’s focus is Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), our members have a diverse level of responsibilities. This diversity crosses beyond HHW into synergistic organizing and memberships. Many members manage MSW operations, business waste programs, inspection departments, partake in product stewardship conversations and programs, develop sustainability initiatives, and much more. As such, NAHMMA has long partnered with other organizations with a goal of enhancing membership and providing additional means of networking and continued learning opportunities. The NAHMMA Affiliations committee strives to provide these connections.

If you have not checked lately, we have a number of diverse affiliation agreements aimed at enhancing our member’s experiences. NAHMMA recognizes the benefits of a collaborative partnership with organizations sharing similar goals. To this end, NAHMMA developed an Affiliate Agreement as a means to exchange expertise, resources and ideas to advance the hazardous materials management profession.
